Overview
As MFA Integration Lead you help shape secure access across Barclays by articulating MFA requirements and guiding application teams through integration. You will work with cross-functional partners to implement IAM controls, governance, and incident response to protect sensitive information. This role blends policy guidance, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on delivery to scale secure authentication. The opportunity centers on leading critical MFA initiatives within a large, regulatory-driven organisation.
Responsibilities- Manage and implement IAM policies, processes and standards for secure access across the organisation
- Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to design and implement IAM solutions including authentication, authorization, access management and SSO
- Develop IAM governance documents and reports to align policy adherence
- Execute IAM audits to ensure compliance and identify security risks
- Lead incident investigations for IAM-related events and implement corrective measures
- Identify emerging IAM technologies and best practices through networking and conferences
- Advise decision makers and influence policy development, with responsibilities for operational effectiveness
- Lead a team or coordinate cross-functional work to deliver IAM initiatives and risk mitigation
- Communicate complex IAM concepts clearly to senior stakeholders and other teams
- Drive risk reduction and control strengthening related to IAM activities
- Engage in data-driven analysis and collaboration across multiple information sources to solve problems
- Support regulatory remediation and CEP delivery
- Based in Knutsford office (Knutsford, Radbroke Hall)
- Ample knowledge in MFA and authentication integration within modern IAM environments
- Ability to translate IAM standards into actionable integration guidance
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders and leading delivery
- Experience with large scale MFA rollout and prioritisation
- Ample cross functional coordination skills
- Familiarity with regulatory remediation and CEP delivery
