Overview

In this MI Analyst role, you will establish and evolve management information, measurement, and value-tracking for Computershare’s AI SDLC programme. You’ll create trusted CIO-facing reporting, KPI frameworks, and data quality controls to support governance and senior decision-making. The role sits in the brand-new AI Hub and works with programme leaders and technical teams to drive AI adoption and measurable value across the business. This is a hands-on, analytics-focused position with broad exposure and a chance to shape an emerging technology landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Lead AI adoption, value, and benefits tracking across the programme
  • Develop and maintain management information, reporting, and actionable insights
  • Provide clear CIO-level reporting and visibility of programme performance
  • Define and enhance measurement frameworks, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Establish reporting standards and data quality controls to ensure reliable and trusted information
  • Support governance processes through meaningful analysis and recommendations
Key requirements
  • strong management information and analytics expertise
  • experience designing dashboards and reporting products
  • robust data models, trusted metrics, and governed reporting assets
  • experience building MI, dashboards, and reporting for AI adoption, technology delivery, or transformation programmes
  • experience defining baselines, KPIs, benefits measures, and value-tracking methodologies
  • data manipulation, transformation, analysis, and visualization tools (Power BI, Excel, Power Query)
  • experience with data sources such as Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, Teams, or GitHub
  • knowledge of SDLC processes and delivery performance metrics
  • strong analytical and communication skills for senior stakeholder reporting
