Key Responsibilities: • Serve as a primary contact for Microsoft 365 technology • Design and deliver training workshops and demos • Build working prototypes and reference solutions • Create knowledge base articles and quick-start guides • Measure adoption with analytics and user feedback
Requirements: • Minimum 5 years in an enterprise Microsoft 365 role • Proven experience in training and enabling users • Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
