Microsoft 365 Infrastructure Specialist

Microsoft 365 expertise meets hands-on infrastructure support in this full-time specialist role, based primarily onsite in downtown Vancouver. Troubleshoot systems and support users.

Gravity Union seeks an organized Infrastructure and Support Specialist to serve managed services clients and internal team members. You will administer Windows servers, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune. The role combines technical support, systems administration, account management, and infrastructure work. You will also contribute to reliable and secure technology environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot client and internal issues
• Support Windows servers and Microsoft 365 environments
• Manage accounts, permissions, licensing, authentication, and access requests
• Monitor performance, reliability, and security across environments
• Support onboarding, offboarding, endpoint setup, and equipment management

Requirements:

• Two or more years of relevant IT support experience
• Degree, diploma, or equivalent education and experience
• Working knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft 365
• Experience with user administration, device provisioning, and networking
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and client service skills
