Microsoft 365 Senior Systems Analyst

Microsoft 365 administration and infrastructure leadership define this full time term role with Interior Health in Kelowna through June 30, 2027.

The Microsoft 365 Senior Analyst evaluates, plans, develops, installs, configures, tests, maintains, and supports integrated services. The role supports multiple business areas across Interior Health’s Microsoft 365 environment. It also provides end user training, technical guidance, and provincial collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Microsoft 365 tools, tickets, access controls, infrastructure, and standards
• Escalate complex technical issues and advise Microsoft 365 Analysts
• Coordinate development projects, feasibility studies, milestones, and documentation
• Develop system specifications and detailed implementation plans
• Maintain settings, licensing, policies, groups, protection, retention, backup, and recovery

Requirements:

• Experience supporting complex, integrated Microsoft 365 services
• Capability to configure and maintain cloud infrastructure components
• Ability to develop standards, procedures, and implementation best practices
• Ability to participate in provincial committees and working groups
• Ability to liaise with vendors on software and system issues

Support Interior Health’s enterprise Microsoft 365 environment through administration, planning, infrastructure maintenance, and technical guidance in Kelowna.
