Microsoft AI Senior Engineer

In this role you will lead the design and delivery of AI and GenAI solutions for enterprise clients, shaping data-driven platforms and innovative AI apps. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable architectures and govern responsible AI practices. You will mentor engineers, engage senior stakeholders, and contribute to thought leadership within Accenture’s Data & AI community. • Lead design and implementation of Microsoft Azure AI and Generative AI solutions
• Develop enterprise solutions using Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Machine Learning and Azure services
• Design and implement RAG, vector search, AI agents and LLM-based applications
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data, applications and APIs
• Establish AI engineering, security, governance, monitoring and responsible AI practices
• Lead technical teams and mentor AI engineers and developers
• Work with senior client stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions
• Overlap architecture support, proposals and business conversations
• Oversee development of use-case and platform technology solutions leveraging reference and emerging technologies
• Contribute to Accenture Data & AI community through thought leadership

• Significant experience in technology/software engineering with strong AI expertise
• Proven experience delivering enterprise AI/Generative AI solutions
• Strong Microsoft Azure and Azure OpenAI/Microsoft Foundry experience
• Hands-on experience with Python, APIs, RAG, LLMs, vector databases/search and AI agents
• Strong understanding of AI security, governance and responsible AI
• Experience leading engineering teams and large-scale technology programmes
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder-management skills
• Consulting or large enterprise experience desirable
