Microsoft Cloud Consultant

As a Microsoft Cloud Consultant, you help clients transform business processes with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure. You’ll guide governance, security, and data protection improvements through health checks and advisory engagements. You collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape scalable, AI-driven solutions and drive adoption of Copilot and governance best practices. This role blends hands-on solution design with stakeholder leadership, delivering tangible digital transformation for strategic clients.

• Perform comprehensive environment health checks to identify governance, security, and operational gaps
• Create clear health check reports with prioritized remediation and actionable plans
• Translate client needs into effective governance-focused solution designs
• Design and deliver solutions from POC to production, aligned with industry best practices
• Lead Power Platform governance models and ensure alignment with Microsoft standards
• Facilitate Copilot adoption by ensuring data, security, and governance readiness
• Manage stakeholder relationships to secure buy-in for governance improvements
• Provide guidance to delivery teams and developers to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Contribute to broader digital transformation initiatives for key clients

• Expertise in Power Platform governance, environment strategy, and platform administration
• Strong Microsoft 365 governance, security, and compliance knowledge
• Experience conducting environment health checks and governance assessments for Power Platform and M365
• Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention policies and identity management (Entra ID)
• Ability to define and implement governance frameworks for lifecycle management and controls
• Understanding of Copilot readiness and governance considerations
• Licensing insight for Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot
• Effective report writer with risk assessments and remediation plans
• Workshop facilitation with senior stakeholders and discovery sessions
• Track record in identifying and developing additional opportunities within existing clients
