Microsoft Cloud Systems Administrator

Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, and endpoint environments for CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures. Work hands-on in Banff with occasional remote-location travel.

This full-time, year-round Systems Administrator manages cloud and endpoint infrastructure while supporting servers and operational systems. You will troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate changes, and provide Tier 2 assistance to users. The position also contributes to cybersecurity practices, lifecycle refreshes, and technical mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Entra, and Azure
• Manage endpoint provisioning with Jamf, Intune, SCCM, Windows, and Mac
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve root causes
• Maintain operating system, firmware, appliance, and software patching
• Communicate with stakeholders, vendors, users, and technical experts

Requirements:

• Two-plus years supporting server, endpoint, and cloud infrastructure
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Three-plus years of professional office experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
