Overview
In this role you will drive Dynamics 365 CRM implementations for public sector clients, collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver full lifecycle solutions. You will engage in discovery, design, and configuration, guiding data integration and migration, and shaping bids for D365 engagements. This hybrid role offers London or Birmingham placement with client-site travel. You will help scale transformational CRM projects within a cloud-native, multi-award environment.

- Manage agile delivery teams and a team of business analysts
- Design and configure Dynamics 365 solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders on data integration and migration
- Estimate project requirements and lead RFP responses for D365 engagements
- Apply knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, functional consulting, bid management, and team management
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE capabilities and extensibilities
- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform
- Design and configuration experience in Dynamics 365
- Ability to estimate Dynamics CRM project requirements
- Knowledge in responding to RFPs/RFIs
- Microsoft Azure knowledge
- Understanding of DevOps project implementation
