Key Responsibilities: • Lead Dynamics 365 CRM implementation from discovery to stabilization • Manage project delivery to meet schedule, budget, and scope • Define business requirements and process flows for CRM solutions • Develop testing strategies, including UAT planning and execution • Provide ongoing operational support and enhancements for CRM
Requirements: • 5 years of experience configuring Dynamics 365 CRM • Leadership experience in Dynamics 365 CRM implementation • 2 years in CRM reporting analysis with Power BI • Knowledge of data migration and ETL processes • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
