Microsoft Dynamics Business Systems Analyst

Support Microsoft Dynamics platforms and trusted data as a Business Systems Analyst at Charton Hobbs Group across Canada. Troubleshoot issues methodically.

This Business Systems Analyst provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Business Central, Dynamics 365 CRM, Pawa, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric. You will diagnose escalated issues, resolve platform-level problems, assess change impacts, and support commercial operations across sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance. The work requires strong SQL, integration analysis, and structured release practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own escalated Tier 2 and Tier 3 platform support cases
• Diagnose data, configuration, access, integration, and defect issues
• Resolve workflows, master data, refreshes, and integration failures
• Document root causes and implement permanent incident fixes
• Validate releases through testing and post-deployment checks

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline
• At least three years supporting Microsoft business applications
• Hands-on experience with at least two specified business platforms
• Strong SQL and integration log investigation skills
• French and English fluency, spoken and written
