Overview

Job Title: Senior CRM Developer (Dynamics 365)

Location: Oshawa, ON (Onsite)

Client: Public Sector

Duration: 12+ Months (Extension Possible)

Note:

We are looking for a Senior CRM Developer with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in CRM development, integrations, and Microsoft tech stack, with the ability to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Skills

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (D365)
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET
• Experience with MS SQL Server
• Hands-on with Web Services / APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Knowledge of XML, batch processing, Windows environments
• Experience with system integration, middleware, and design patterns

Experience

• 5+ years in CRM / application development
• Experience with custom portals, legacy systems, and integrations
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Public sector experience is a plus

Other Skills

• Basic knowledge of IAM / OKTA / security
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements

Must Have

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support D365 CRM applications
• Build integrations using APIs and web services
• Perform coding, testing, debugging, and deployment
• Troubleshoot and provide post-implementation support
• Collaborate with stakeholders and document solutions
