Overview
In this role you will lead global MS Dynamics CRM development to evolve the CRM platform in a large, international environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business processes and architecture blueprints. Your work will drive high-quality, standards-compliant Dynamics implementations and continuous improvements across regions, including education-sector initiatives. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position that shapes how the organization leverages Dynamics to support decision making.
Responsibilities- Lead ongoing development for the Global MS Dynamics CRM platform
- Design, code, and test CRM modules meeting Architecture Blueprint specifications
- Develop solutions using JScript, PowerApps, C#, .NET Core, and SQL Server
- Ensure quality through testing and adherence to standards
- Implement best practices based on Microsoft Dynamics standards and customization
- Evangelise Dynamics core features to support business decisions
- Identify opportunities to improve the Dynamics solution across regions
- Participate in documentation of solution designs (high/low level) and DevOps activities
- 5+ years of development in JS, C#, .NET Core, SQL, PowerApps
- 5+ years with all Dynamics areas (CRM, Marketing, Customer Service, Portal)
- Experience aligning processes to out-of-the-box functionality
- Configuration and customization, testing and debugging
- Experience in a global delivery environment and remote teams
- MS Dynamics CRM Certifications and a Degree in Information Systems or equivalent
