Microsoft Entra Infrastructure Analyst

Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Azure infrastructure for Edmonton Police Service in a temporary full-time position. Troubleshoot complex identity issues while supporting reliable corporate services.

As an Application and Infrastructure Analyst II, you will maintain Microsoft cloud environments and guide junior team members. The work includes Active Directory, IAM, PKI, Windows Server, VMware ESXi, Veeam, PowerShell, and security solutions. You will support Edmonton Police Service infrastructure from Police Headquarters in Edmonton.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 services
• Provide technical guidance for complex identity-related issues
• Maintain Active Directory, PKI, remote access, and IAM services
• Monitor Veeam backups and Windows Server infrastructure performance
• Document procedures, audits, operational records, and technical changes

Requirements:

• Related degree and four years relevant experience
• Experience with Windows Server, Entra ID, and VMware ESXi
• Experience with PowerShell, MFA, SSO, SAML, and OAuth
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, teamwork, and customer service abilities
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and Edmonton driving permit eligibility
