Microsoft Entra Infrastructure Analyst

Support Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 infrastructure for the Edmonton Police Service in a temporary full-time position. Work onsite in Edmonton, with rotational call-outs.

As an Application and Infrastructure Analyst II, you will administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure services. The work includes Active Directory, Windows Server, VMware ESXi, Veeam, and identity management. You will resolve complex issues, guide junior team members, and support infrastructure reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Azure services
• Diagnose and resolve complex identity and infrastructure issues
• Guide junior team members through technical troubleshooting
• Monitor Windows Server performance, availability, and system health
• Maintain Veeam backup and recovery solutions

Requirements:

• Required education and relevant experience combination
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware ESXi
• Experience with PowerShell, MFA, SSO, SAML, and OAuth
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and lifting ability
