Microsoft Intune Desktop Engineer

Apply expert Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 administration skills to a hybrid Desktop Engineer position supporting reliable enterprise endpoints. Attend planned or ad-hoc meetings when needed.

This Desktop Engineer maintains desktop infrastructure hardware, software, core applications, and endpoint services. The role delivers third-level troubleshooting, application packaging, automated deployments, capacity management, and security alignment. It also evaluates workplace technologies and contributes to technology roadmaps and business cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Intune devices, applications, policies, profiles, and endpoint security
• Configure MECM or SCCM and Intune deployment automation
• Package and deploy applications using MSIX and Intune
• Research, recommend, install, configure, and manage desktop applications
• Align desktop environments with security policies and audit requirements

Requirements:

• 10+ years of enterprise desktop infrastructure management experience
• Expert Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams and Entra ID
• Expert SharePoint Online administration, governance, and permissions
• Experience with scripting using PowerShell, Shell, or VBScript
• Strong networking, troubleshooting, risk remediation, and compliance knowledge
