Microsoft Licensing Operations Specialist

Manage Microsoft licensing operations for CDW, including renewals, agreements, billings, claims, and vendor reporting. The role supports customer-facing teams and may require travel.

The Customer Success Operations Specialist coordinates Microsoft licensing and software processes across enterprise customers, partners, and internal teams. You will support Enterprise Agreement T36, contract lifecycle management, anniversary orders, Open Value, Select Plus, EES, MPSA, and Indirect EA billings. The position also handles CPOR claims, operational inquiries, quoting, ordering, deal registration, and renewal execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Microsoft agreement, renewal, and software contract processes
• Complete annual licensing billings within required timelines
• Enter anniversary orders and manage CPOR claims
• Support quoting, ordering, deal registration, and customer inquiries
• Provide renewal and true-up support to Licensing Specialists

Requirements:

• One or more years in Microsoft Licensing Operations
• Three or more years supporting technology projects
• Experience with medium to enterprise customers and partners
• Knowledge of Microsoft licensing, programs, or operational processes
• Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills
