Microsoft Modern Work Senior Associate

In this role you will lead Modern Workplace engagements for mid-market clients, shaping and delivering Microsoft 365 and modern work solutions. You will work with sales to create demos and PoCs, design client-ready technical architectures, and guide implementation across regions. Your work empowers clients to adopt a full modern work stack while serving as a trusted advisor on security, identity, and collaboration. • Lead client transitions to the Modern Workplace (Windows 10, Enterprise Mobility & Security, Office 365)
• Design, implement, and configure M365 E5-type components for clients
• Develop standard delivery guides, train staff, and craft strategic adoption roadmaps for Microsoft 365 E3/E5
• Provide high-quality, client-focused service to mid-market clients
• Serve as a national resource and escalation point across regions
• Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) to support project goals
• Identify and escalate cross-selling opportunities within the RSM portfolio
• Build rapport with key client decision-makers

• 3-5 years hands-on Office 365 and Office Collaboration product experience (Exchange Online, Azure AD, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Intune, O365 Groups)
• Hands-on technical support ability
• Strong understanding of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud/hybrid solutions
• Excellent verbal/written/interpersonal communication for client interaction
• Technical breadth in cloud/hybrid infrastructures, architecture, migrations, and standards
• Client-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel ~15-20%
