In this role you implement, configure, and manage endpoint infrastructure at client sites, serving as a nationwide resource for multi-region projects. You will identify cross-selling opportunities and build rapport with key decision makers to enable successful outcomes. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud and on-premises environments, driving secure and reliable endpoints. • Implement, configure and administer endpoint infrastructure at client sites
• Serve as national resource and escalation point for projects across regions
• Identify and escalate cross-selling opportunities
• Establish rapport and trust with key client decision makers

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience and certifications
• 3–5 years’ experience with Microsoft 365 technologies: Azure AD, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams
