Overview
In this role you will provide Level 3 support for a portfolio of business-critical Microsoft applications, ensuring stable, secure and high-performing services. You will act as a senior escalation point, driving root-cause analysis and delivering small enhancements and approved changes. You’ll collaborate with customers and internal teams to improve applications and services in a managed services environment. This is an opportunity to shape technical outcomes and customer success at Version 1.

- Incident / Problem / Change Management
- Minor enhancement and change delivery experience
- Experience supporting business-critical applications in managed service environments
