Microsoft Power Platform Senior Developer

In this role, you will act as the technical authority for Power Platform delivery, shaping solution quality and governance within Accenture MBG UK. You’ll lead complex enterprise Power Platform workstreams, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with delivery managers and architects. You will apply Deep hands-on development with emerging leadership duties to help drive large programmes forward. This is an opportunity to influence architecture, reuse components, and advance AI-enabled capabilities within a global Microsoft practice.

• Design, build, and deliver complex Power Platform solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse for enterprise clients
• Lead technical delivery across one or more workstreams within large Power Platform programmes
• Develop advanced solutions using PCF controls, custom connectors, and complex Dataverse data models
• Architect and implement ALM pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Power Platform Build Tools
• Build and maintain integrations with D365 CE, M365, Azure services, and third-party platforms
• Ensure solutions adhere to Well-Architected Framework principles and Accenture delivery standards
• Conduct technical design reviews, code reviews, and architecture assurance sessions
• Establish and enforce Power Platform coding standards and development best practices
• Implement and manage Power Platform CoE Toolkit configurations (environment strategy, DLP, governance)
• Provide technical risk assessments and mitigation recommendations
• Evaluate emerging Power Platform capabilities including AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Copilot integrations
• Line manage 2–5 junior/mid-level developers and provide mentoring and performance development
• Onboard new team members and maintain delivery standards across the community
• Contribute to MBG UK Power Platform community through knowledge sharing and enablement sessions
• Support recruitment of Power Platform talent with Talent Acquisition
• Engage with client technical leads and stakeholders to present designs and manage expectations
• Lead technical workshops, requirements discovery, and solution walkthroughs with client teams
• Support pre-sales including technical solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal contributions
• Participate in client governance forums as senior technical voice for Power Platform
• Champion test-driven development and performance testing for Power Platform solutions
• Drive tooling improvements, reusable components, and accelerator libraries
• Contribute to Accenture IP via accelerators and templates
• Explore AI-augmented development capabilities (Copilot, AI Builder) and governance tooling
