Microsoft Windows Platform Analyst

As a Microsoft Platform Analyst IT3, you will support enterprise solutions across a large-scale, multi-site environment. The position requires Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell, M365, and Exchange experience. You will contribute to solution development, testing, documentation, administration, maintenance, and issue resolution under senior Technology Services staff direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose reported system problems and escalate issues appropriately
• Implement corrective measures for Priority 3 tickets
• Install, configure, monitor, and maintain platform services
• Evaluate scheduled patches and perform required updates
• Communicate resolution status with clients and Service Desk

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field
• Three years supporting Microsoft Windows products and services
• Three years supporting server infrastructure in multi-site environments
• Required PowerShell, Windows Server, M365, and Exchange experience
• Strong problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and collaboration skills
