Mifid Transaction Reporting Analyst

In this role you’ll own the implementation and ongoing management of transaction reporting in the London office, ensuring accurate and timely submissions and robust back‑office controls. You will work with broking desks, compliance, and client onboarding to maintain regulatory alignment across jurisdictions, and oversee risk controls, training, and escalation processes. The role supports post‑Brexit regulatory alignment and reporting to exchanges while maintaining policy standards. You will shape processes for daily reporting, compliance checks, and desk‑level governance to enable compliant, efficient operations.

• Implement and oversee end-of-day and error‑free commission reporting and reconciliation
• Ensure back‑office coverage across jurisdictions and adherence to policy and standards
• Coordinate deal ticket submission and trade reporting to exchanges with timely escalation to CPFL Compliance
• Lead back‑office training and keep exchange rules and policies up to date
• Maintain Exchange Membership, user registrations, and product updates
• Prepare desk reports and secure Desk Head sign‑off
• Review and approve daily financial promotions before issuance; update promotions policy as directed by Compliance
• Collaborate with Credit Control to resolve payment blockers and flag overdue clients

• Experience in Transaction/Trade Reporting
• Knowledge of MiFID, EMIR, AIFMD, or Transparency Directive
• Familiarity with back‑office controls and trade reporting/reconciliation
• Ability to liaise with broking desks, compliance, and onboarding teams
• Experience with regulatory reporting in a London office setting
