Overview
As a Migration Consultant in our EU Professional Services team, you will lead critical data and document migrations for top life sciences clients. You’ll deploy Vault Development and Quality Cloud solutions, guiding customers through ETL, data transfer, and validation to achieve digital excellence. You act as the subject matter expert on Vault APIs and migration tooling, coordinating with cross-functional teams to shape future solutions. This remote EU/UK role offers meaningful impact by enabling successful transformations that support patient-centric outcomes.

- Lead Vault R&D migrations and ensure smooth transfer of content and data from legacy systems to Vault
- Advise clients through the ETL process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
- Share best practices and methodologies with the team to drive a scalable approach
- Drive tooling and process design for migration, including ETL enhancements and strategy
- Support project scoping and estimating for Vault R&D product suite to enable accurate planning and execution
- 5+ years in large-scale document/content migration (ECM like Documentum, OpenText, SharePoint) OR 5+ years in enterprise database migration (ERP/CRM: SAP, Salesforce, Oracle)
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting role
- Proven ability to convey technical strategy to diverse stakeholders
- Hands-on experience leading and mentoring teams
- Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and XML for data manipulation
