Mine Site IT Support Technician (2/2 Rotation)

Artemis Gold Inc. is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver high-quality technical support and ensure secure, efficient IT operations at the Blackwater Mine site. You will support staff across four BC locations via helpdesk, phone, email, remote tools, and on-site interactions.

The role requires strong Windows and Microsoft 365 skills, Azure AD administration, and customer-focused communication. A two weeks on / two weeks off rotation is expected, with safety-mindedness and teamwork valued.
