Mining Piping Application Engineer

Apply mechanical piping expertise in Brampton, Ontario, supporting mining and oil and gas customers through a hybrid technical position.

Victaulic seeks a Product Application Specialist for its Application Engineering Team. You will evaluate solutions, troubleshoot applications, interpret standards, and support customers, sales teams, engineers, contractors, and installers. The position focuses on industrial piping systems and Victaulic products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate Victaulic solutions for mining and oil and gas applications
• Provide technical support through visits, calls, email, and meetings
• Troubleshoot products, inspect sites, and investigate root causes
• Prepare technical reports and customer corrective-action recommendations
• Deliver training, presentations, and educational seminars

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience
• Minimum five years of relevant industry experience
• Strong understanding of mechanical piping systems and applications
• Experience with industrial mining or oil and gas systems
• Knowledge of ASME, AWWA, CSA, ASTM, API, and CRNs
