Missouri Licensed Senior Accountant

Providing assistant controller-level support to healthcare clients, the full-time Missouri Licensed Senior Accountant will manage financial reporting accuracy, assist with complex general ledgers, and prepare monthly reporting packages while working remotely from anywhere in the US. Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day financial reporting accuracy for assigned clients Assist with complex general ledgers and ensure overall accuracy through identifying missing transactions and trends Prepare and finalize month-end close and review balance sheets for accuracy Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA certification preferred Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience focused on financial reporting and general ledger management Experience with full cycle accounting in the healthcare industry Strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end close processes
