ML Systems Engineer — Training & Infra for SWE-focused LLMs

Cosine is seeking an ML Systems Engineer focused on model training and infrastructure to build robust production code in Python and Go and work closely with coding-model training in PyTorch, TensorFlow or JAX.

You will develop fine-tuning and reinforcement learning pipelines, create training data, run containerized services, and evaluate model improvements. A strong candidate has 3–5 years of experience and values code quality as highly as model performance.
