MM/PP SAP System Analyst

Overview
In this role you will analyze complex business problems and implement SAP-based solutions (ECC/S/4 HANA) to improve performance. You will configure MM/PP modules, translate user needs into system designs, and lead testing and documentation. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to design processes, align with best practices, and support end-user training. This position offers the chance to shape SAP-enabled business operations in a global, innovation-focused environment.
Responsibilities- Configure MM/PP modules at project level and support ECM, QM, PM where relevant
- Translate user requirements into SAP-based solutions and implement configurations or enhancements
- Collaborate with users, management, consultants, and support staff to resolve issues
- Work in multidisciplinary teams to design complex SAP processes for upgrade and maintenance
- Define form/report requirements, design test plans, execute tests, and document results
- Coordinate end-user training and create training materials as needed
- Analyze current business practices and redesign processes leveraging SAP capabilities
- Utilize reporting tools to provide timely information and select appropriate programming approaches
- Significant MM/PP SAP experience
- ECM, QM, and PM SAP experience desired
- BA/BS degree desirable but practical experience essential
- Proven software systems experience
- Knowledge of database applications, systems development, reporting, and SAP ERP
- Production support and project experience
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Understanding of SAP best practices
