As Mobile Engineer you will deliver hard M&E maintenance across multiple Midlands sites, supporting JLL through a dynamic facilities team. You work autonomously while ensuring high service standards and safety. You will handle planned and reactive tasks, report on progress, and support energy-saving initiatives. This role combines hands-on technical work with cross-site coordination to keep building services running efficiently. - Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical building services.
- Respond to helpdesk requests, breakdowns, and emergencies in a timely, professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Liaise with site contacts and supervisors to maintain service excellence.
- Support sustainability initiatives and energy-saving measures.
- Maintain accurate records of work and materials using CAFM/PDA systems.
- Provide detailed reports and updates on works delivered.
- Experience delivering hard M&E services in a mobile or multi-site role.
- Strong technical knowledge of building services and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Trade-related qualification (Electrical or Mechanical), e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds.
- 18th Edition (for electrical candidates) or equivalent.
- Health & Safety training (IOSH or equivalent) is desirable.
- Experience with CAFM systems is an advantage.
