Mobile Engineer / iOS

In this role you will contribute to building and maintaining the Freetrade iOS app, delivering high-performance and secure features. You will collaborate with design, product and QA to craft engaging user experiences and help guide platform priorities. You’ll work in a cross-functional mobile team across iOS and Android to scale our app and improve customer satisfaction. • Develop new features and maintain existing ones in the iOS app
• Collaborate with backend, design, product and QA to ship features
• Write tests and participate in code reviews to ensure quality
• Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs and improve performance
• Maintain code quality, automation and smooth application releases
• Participate in support rota and address customer issues

• 3-5 years of production-grade mobile app experience
• Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn
• Solid understanding of mobile architectural patterns (MVVM, MVP, VIPER)
• Experience with iOS development tools (Swift, SwiftUI, Xcode)
• Experience with reactive libraries (Combine or RxSwift)
• Knowledge of Human Interface Guidelines
• Git version control
• Understanding of CI/build tools (CircleCI)
