Mobile Mortgage Specialist – Prince George, BC

Hours: 37.5 per week

Job Overview

Serving more than 11 million customers nationally, TD provides a full range of financial products and services through its branch network, telephone, internet banking, and automated machines. This role is a part of TD’s Mobile Mortgage Sales Force, and the successful candidate will develop and maintain client relationships to secure mortgage sales.

Responsibilities

• Target referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centres of influence.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of mortgage prospects.
• Participate in targeted sales training to enhance sales and credit knowledge.
• Collaborate with a Senior District Sales Manager, engaging in joint sales calls and monthly coaching sessions.
• Use the custom sales management system to manage activities and track performance.

Qualifications

• A proven sales track record in a competitive market.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and relationship management skills.
• Self‑starter, independent and self‑managed, with entrepreneurial drive.
• Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication.
• Post‑secondary education (preferred).
