Mobile Security Supervisor Belleville

Lead mobile security operations for GardaWorld in Belleville and Peterborough, using patrol, incident response, and guard coaching skills across client sites.

As a Mobile Security Supervisor, you will support GardaWorld service standards across multiple locations. The work includes coaching frontline guards, conducting site visits, responding to alarms, and maintaining client relationships. Rotating day and night shifts cover a 24/7 operation, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach, mentor, and support frontline security guards
• Perform mobile patrols and complete site inspections
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, incidents, and assistance requests
• Investigate and document incidents, hazards, and customer concerns
• Provide after-hours contact for clients and security personnel

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of security experience
• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
• Valid Standard or Emergency First Aid certification
• Minimum G2 Driver's Licence and clean driving record
• Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
