Model Risk Governance Manager

Lead model governance coordination at FP Inc., using stress testing knowledge and strong documentation skills across regulatory requests. This manager role coordinates model owners, Model Risk and Finance.

The position supports model risk management, model control and governance activities. You will maintain stress testing inventories, documentation, change management and regulatory readiness. The work includes partnering with Model Risk Management and Model Validation on reviews, findings and remediation tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate regulatory surveys and model data requests
• Maintain stress testing model inventory details
• Review and maintain model documentation
• Track model changes and coordinate approvals
• Prepare governance materials for senior management

Requirements:

• Five-plus years in banking risk or finance
• Three-plus years in model risk or governance
• Working knowledge of stress testing or capital models
• Familiarity with OSFI E-23 or SR 11-7
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
