- Implement parts or all of the technical solution per the agreed design
- Create detailed technical designs for enterprise solutions when required
- Lead small to medium technical projects or workstreams
- Collaborate with Project/Technical Manager, customer representatives, and Solutions Architect
- Provide technical advice on solution integration and opportunities for defined segments
- Deliver planning and design support for multi-system solution architectures
- Communicate with client community to demonstrate value and align with company strategy
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and reusable assets
- 5+ years of professional experience; or 8+ years with no degree
- Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent
- Ability to obtain UK Government Security Clearance (SC)
- Proven capability to design and deliver deliverables within a technical field
- Experience leading small teams and producing written proposals and design documents
- Strong problem-solving and client-facing communication skills
- Ability to translate requirements into high-level designs and project plans
- Experience in multi-system environments and solution architectures
