Responsibilities
  • Articulate Methods BDT capabilities to customers and shape technical strategy
  • Own and deliver the technical solution to meet customer specifications, coordinating with partners as needed
  • Construct cost models to support implementation and ongoing delivery
  • Manage risks associated with solution development and deployment
  • Lead technical workshops and present solutions to customers with sales
  • Support contract negotiations and solution development
  • Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams with Programme Managers
  • Contribute to development of Methods BDT solutions and stay abreast of industry trends
  • Provide quality assurance for proposed or implemented technical solutions
  • Design complex, multi-site solutions including hosted data centre infrastructures
  • Perform presales activity supporting BD, Solution Architecture and Sales
  • Develop and deliver repeatable, best-practice delivery processes
  • Mentor teams to build skills aligned with Methods BDT offerings
  • Maintain broad Microsoft technology knowledge and pursue relevant certifications

  • Experience in customer-facing roles delivering Microsoft-based solutions
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies with SME capabilities
  • Ability to design technical solutions independently
  • Understanding of Microsoft Cloud Platform, security, and best practices
  • Lead on technical workshops and multi-technology scenarios
  • Commercial awareness for proposals and tenders
  • Significant pre-sales experience and stakeholder presentation
