Modern Workplace Engineer

As a Modern Workplace Engineer at Avanade, you will contribute to migrations of Modern Workplace solutions on the M365 platform, delivering tailored IT solutions for top-tier clients. You work with a small project team to ensure successful delivery and build lasting relationships across industries. You will leverage automation to assist migrations and maintain deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 services. This role offers continuous learning, collaboration with global teams, and opportunities to shape technology-driven outcomes.

• Participate in migration projects to and from the M365 platform
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure on-time delivery
• Own assigned project tasks and milestones
• Build and maintain client relationships to support successful outcomes
• Utilize automation and tooling to streamline migrations
• Maintain strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and related tools
• Support evolving workplace capabilities with up-to-date expertise

• Experience with migrations involving the Microsoft 365 platform
• Ability to work in small project teams and contribute to delivery
