MongoDB Database Administrator

MongoDB database administration expertise supports Delbridge Solutions customers through replication, sharding, performance tuning, and cloud migration work.

This MongoDB Database Administrator role supports consulting solutions for customer applications and business processes. You will configure MongoDB environments, optimize database performance, and implement backup and recovery. The work also includes upgrades, monitoring, document modeling, and customer guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and configure MongoDB replication and sharding
• Fine-tune MongoDB and server configurations
• Implement optimal backup and recovery processes
• Optimize query performance and database health
• Evaluate, plan, and perform database upgrades

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Understanding of MongoDB manual builds and management
• Experience with replica sets and shared clusters
• Comfort working with Linux scripts and AWS
• Scripting experience with Ansible, Python, or similar languages
