Missions
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the key interface between Paris and AMER teams to ensure alignment between global technology strategy and regional business needs.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of Java-based applications and services.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams.
- Ensure adherence to development best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
- Drive application architecture decisions, performance optimization initiatives, and scalability improvements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project managers to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Coordinate cross-regional development activities and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
- Oversee code reviews, testing strategies, and production support activities.
- Ensure the delivery of secure, high-quality, and maintainable software solutions.
- Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and team development.
Profile
REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory
- Strong experience with Java development.
- Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs and Microservices.
- Strong knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL databases.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI.
- Proficiency with Git and version control practices.
- Experience leading development teams and driving technical decisions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Application support and production support knowledge.
- Experience working within global or cross-regional teams.
