Mortgage Administrator

We are a mortgage / finance company providing professional services. We are currently hiring a Mortgage Administrator (Entry Level), a full-time position, with paid vacation days and group medical/dental insurance benefits.

Job responsibilities:

• Assist on mortgage underwriting and fulfil the documentation requirements
• Identify clients' financial goals and objectives, analyze clients' financial situations, develop the best suitable plans for clients, enter & submit mortgage application, and negotiate mortgage applications with banks and lending institutions

Job requirements:

• Financial background and Bachelor’s degree
• Good work ethic, and attention to detail
• Effective interpersonal skills, and strong oral and written communication skills
• In-office position; 9am-5pm, Mon - Fri
