We are now expanding our adviser network and are looking for motivated Mortgage & Protection Advisers who want to build and grow their own client portfolio with the backing of an established financial services business.

Job Role

We are looking for self-employed Mortgage & Protection Advisers to join our growing adviser network.

This opportunity is particularly suited to advisers who want greater flexibility, access to a wider range of products and lenders, and the ability to grow their own business without having to build the entire operational infrastructure themselves.

You will be responsible for developing client relationships, understanding their financial requirements and providing suitable mortgage and protection solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mortgage and protection fact-finds with clients.
• Assess clients' financial circumstances, objectives and requirements.
• Research suitable mortgage solutions from available lenders.
• Provide whole-of-market mortgage advice where applicable.
• Advise clients on relevant protection solutions
• Manage applications from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Maintain strong client relationships and generate repeat and referral business.
• Develop your own lead and referral network.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow required compliance procedures.
• Keep up to date with lender criteria, mortgage products and market developments.

Requirements

• CeMAP or an equivalent mortgage advice qualification
• Good understanding of the UK mortgage market
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional and client-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• Commitment to regulatory and compliance standards
