Mortgage Advisor

We're working with a well-established Mortgage firm that is looking to add an experienced Mortgage Advisor to the team. With dedicated administrative support in place, you'll be able to focus on what you do best, advising clients and writing business. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive, growing business with an existing client base, incoming enquiries and a collaborative team environment. The Role You'll be providing tailored mortgage and protection advice to residential clients, guiding them through the process from initial enquiry through to completion. Working closely with the administration team, you'll be responsible for building strong client relationships, delivering excellent service and helping clients find the most suitable lending and protection solutions. Key Responsibilities Providing mortgage and protection advice to clients across a range of circumstances Recommending suitable lending solutions in line with lender criteria and compliance requirements Working closely with the administration team to ensure cases progress smoothly Maintaining accurate and compliant client records Identifying opportunities to discuss life cover, critical illness and income protection products Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients Requirements Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) Previous experience providing mortgage advice within the UK market A proven track record of writing protection business alongside mortgages Strong knowledge of lender criteria and underwriting requirements Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Experience within an independent brokerage environment would be beneficial The Business This is a well-established and growing mortgage practice that prides itself on delivering a personal service to its clients.
