Key responsibilities Manage all branch activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines Stay updated on loan program guidelines and federal/state regulations while coordinating sales and operations team meetings Recruit top mortgage professionals and develop strategic client relationships to meet company sales goals Required qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with a proven production history Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360)
