We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and driven Loan Processor to join our rapidly expanding team and contribute to our mission of empowering real estate investors across the nation.

Organized Efficiency - Risk Management & Compliance
Own and advance loans from set-up through closing with accuracy and speed to support a high-volume pipeline.
Coordinate mortgage settlements with borrower, legal, and title
Review document checklists to ensure completeness and accuracy
Review title, legal, and settlement documents
Build relationships with borrowers and deliver a high level of customer service
Maintain an individual pipeline of loans
3+ years of title and/or mortgage experience
~ Strong experience reviewing title documents
~ Prior experience with Salesforce-preferred
~ Proficiency with Outlook and Adobe products
~ Strong Microsoft Office experience
~ Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
