Mortgage Loan Officer

to build and develop a customer base. Minimum 2+ years of current or recent retail mortgage origination experience (Encompass preferred)
Goal-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to generate self-sourced business and provide excellent customer service to company-provided leads
Cultivate external Realtor/Business development contacts.
Proven history of success in the mortgage industry
Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
Registered with NMLS (No state licenses required, as we are a Federally Chartered Credit Union)
Walk-in leads, call-in leads, and a branch referral network
In-house processing and underwriting
AACU is a Full Eagle FHA lender, a Direct Endorsement VA lender, and a Correspondent level Conventional Mortgage Banker with unique first-time homebuyer and down payment assistance programs
Our typical Mortgage Loan Officer has been with AACU for over 10 years
