Job Title: Mortgage Servicing Sales/Acquisitions Specialist

Location: West Des Moines, IA 50266

Duration: 12 months + Contract on W2

Must Have Experience:

• Home Mortgage
• Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP)
• Advanced Excel - VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables

Day toDay:

Implementing any changes in the process around loan transfer activities, comparing data, data driven analysis knowing MSP data is going to be highly valuable

Working with counterparties to resolve differences and understanding the data in general. Helping build training details and implementing processes

Desired Skills:

• Mortgage servicing sales and/or acquisitions knowledge within Home Lending; working knowledge of Mortgage Servicing Platform (MSP)
• Experience with data structure, formatting, mapping, translation, and conversion; effective verbal and written communication
• Strong sense of urgency, passion for results, and personal accountability; project management experience, including planning, organizing, coordinating, and partnering to successfully complete initiatives; strong relationship-building and relationship-management skills
• Demonstrated success collaborating with internal and external partners and vendors
• Excellent analytical and problem-resolution skills
• Proven results developing, integrating, and achieving business goals and initiatives; and proficiency in Excel.
