MSAT Data Lead

In this MSAT Data Lead role you guide data requests and statistical analysis to support the Manufacturing and MSAT team. You’ll ensure data accuracy, governance, and actionable insights across manufacturing processes. You enable data-driven decisions to advance process validation, investigations, and continuous improvement. • Lead contact for MSAT data requests and ensure data accuracy, accessibility and compliance
• Maintain data integrity, traceability and governance across manufacturing, process and quality systems
• Perform statistical analysis and process trending to support data-driven decision making
• Generate data packages and reports for process validation, regulatory submissions, audits and client requests
• Provide data-driven insights to support investigations, root cause analysis and continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools and analytical models for MSAT and manufacturing teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve data capture, reporting and system effectiveness
• Identify and implement opportunities for digitalisation, process optimisation and operational excellence

• A degree in a relevant discipline
• Strong understanding of GMP principles, data integrity expectations, CPV, and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Working knowledge of MSAT activities including technology transfer, validation lifecycle and process optimisation
• Experience with statistical and data analysis tools such as Minitab, JMP, Power BI or similar
