Multi-Entity Accounting Manager

Manage multi-entity accounting for Boustan’s Canadian and United States operations, using precision and strong bookkeeping fundamentals. Work with leadership from the head office team.

This accounting manager role supports interconnected companies, corporate structures, and operational finance. Responsibilities span accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll administration, reconciliations, filings, and financial coordination. The work suits an experienced accounting manager, senior bookkeeper, or accounting coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Reconcile banking, credit cards, and intercompany accounts
• Administer payroll and monthly DAS and GST/QST filings
• Maintain bookkeeping for multiple entities and corporate structures
• Coordinate cross-border transactions and external financial matters

Requirements:

• Understand bookkeeping fundamentals and corporate accounting workflows
• Handle intercompany relationships across multiple companies simultaneously
• Identify and resolve financial inconsistencies
• Use QuickBooks Online in a multiuser environment
• Write fluently in French and English
