Multi-Property Accountant

To support financial integrity across multiple properties, the full-time salaried Multi-Property Accountant will manage month-end closings, prepare financial reports, and collaborate with hotel teams while working remotely. Key responsibilities Prepare and review monthly P&L statements and balance sheet reconciliations for assigned properties Post daily sales journals and prepare monthly journal entries, ensuring compliance with financial standards Audit and reconcile financial transactions, including front desk operations and credit card accounts Required qualifications College degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent preferred Three to five years of general accounting experience in the hospitality industry Familiarity with hospitality accounting and business analytics software preferred Ability to understand and utilize spreadsheet applications and accounting software Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
