Multi Site Self Storage Operations Manager

Lead multi-site self-storage operations across Ontario, using occupancy management and customer experience expertise to guide assigned facilities. Regular travel is required.

Reporting to the Director, Self Storage Operations, the Area Manager leads facility-level execution across a designated portfolio. The position drives occupancy growth, customer retention, consistent operating practices, and cost control. It also coaches Site Managers and coordinates with Head Office teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations across assigned self-storage facilities
• Conduct site visits and assess operational performance
• Drive occupancy, revenue, and customer retention initiatives
• Coach Site Managers and guide performance
• Monitor budgets, reporting, risks, and compliance

Requirements:

• Five-plus years of operations experience
• At least two years in multi-site or supervisory roles
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Proficiency with property or operations software
• Valid driver's licence and regular travel availability
